a. Played an important role in the team that looked after transformation of Suresh Gyan Vihar University as NAAC A grade university while working as Dean of Faculty of Management and Director of Distance Education and as Principal of Academic Staff College in Suresh Gyan Vihar University Jaipur

b. Founded and established the Entrepreneurship Cell in Manipal University Jaipur and established Entrepreneurship Cell with over 500 members and many startups.

c. Played an important role in being the partof the team that looked after transformation of ICFAI University Jaipur as member of the Board of Directors.

d. Played an important role in transformation of villages through Rishabh Dev Educational Society Bikaner and associated institutions

e. Helped in transformation of youth through KNOWLEDGE CREATORS , Afterschool Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Afterschool Career Guidance Trust Bikaner.

f. Worked as dean of ISBM, Suresh GyanVihar University Jaipur tried to establish new standards in management education, launched innovative programmes in management and commerce disciplines(Feb. 2012 to Oct. 2014).

g. Helped in smooth transition from being aided institution to non-aided institution as principal of Podar College Nawalgarh (faculty strength : 87)

Raised footfall from 750 to over 3000 by launching IGNOU, CS courses and other courses and raised constructive participation of students in college programmes and helped in smooth transition from being aided institution to non-aided institution as principal of Jain PG College Bikaner (faculty strength : 37)
