  • Working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Nutrition and Public Health, Ethelind College of Home Science, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences ( SHUATS), Prayagraj, U.P., India

  • B.Sc. (Home Economics) from SHUATS, Prayagraj, in 2000.

  • M.Sc. (Food Nutrition and Dietetics) from SHUATS, Prayagraj, in 2002.

  • Ph.D. (Foods and Nutrition) from SHUATS, Prayagraj, in 2006.

  • Qualified ICAR, NET and UPSLET in 2004

    • Best paper presentation award 9th Indian Agricultural scientist and Farmer’s Congress. Bioved Research and Communication Center Allahabad on 29-30. January, 2007

    • Awarded as a Fellow of Hind Agri-horticultural Society (FSHS) on 3rd December, 2011,Muzaffarnagar ( U.P) India

  • Successfully completed two research project entitled “Strategic approaches for value addition and promotion of underutilized vegetable crops for combating iron deficiency in Allahabad district” funded by UPCAR (U.P.) and “Development of low cost nutritious weaning foods and mechanism for its application in combating malnutrition in rural areas”.
